A Message from Donna M. Abair, Executive Director
Welcome to the North Country Association for the Visually Impaired "NCAVI" website
If you or someone you know has experienced vision loss, or if you have questions about vision loss and services available, our website will be able to offer an abundance of information for your use.
NCAVI has been providing vision rehabilitation services since 1989 in Clinton, Essex, Franklin and St. Lawrence counties in the state of New York.
Our dedicated staff of professionals provides guidance, low vision exams and training to foster independence and personal growth to people who are blind, legally blind and visually impaired. In order to maintain personal independence, we offer hands on learning techniques on a one to one basis at your home or business.
Services are provided free of charge to blind and legally blind persons of all ages. Please feel free to call or e-mail us to receive information today.
